1786) I’m in the Marines. Early on, I met one other trans guy and I came out to him in combat training, a few days before he came out to me. He’s like my brother now and as soon as we get out, we plan to complete our transitions together. As proud as we both are and as hard as we both worked to earn the title Marine, I still fear people won’t respect us after we transition. It worries me.
